Harris Podvey has a background in banking and mortgage lending.  As legal assistant to the firm, Mr. Podvey runs our real estate department, negotiates short sales with our clients' lenders, and provides litigation support as needed.  He also is the firm's office manager handling all billing, invoicing and technology support.

 He resides in West Caldwell, NJ with his wife and two children.
