Mark D. Miller focuses his practice on representing small to medium-sized businesses and entrepreneurs. He counsels his clients in all stages of their business, including formation, sales and purchases of businesses, negotiation and preparation of leases, joint venture agreements, employment matters, the purchase and sale of real estate, and financial transactions.
Mark also represents his individual and corporate clients in commercial and estate litigation on the trial and appellate court levels in the state and federal courts of New York and New Jersey. Before attending law school, Mark worked as the Director of Advertising of LeTigre Sportswear for 7 years and is recognized by his clients for bringing practical business solutions to legal problems.
Mark met Mitch Beinhaker at Olender Feldman LLP where they were both of counsel. Before that, Mark practiced for four years in his own firm as well as working at major New Jersey firms of Carella, Byrne; Giordano, Halleran; and Hannoch Weisman. Mark earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and earned his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law in Camden, New Jersey. He is admitted to practice before the State and Federal Courts of New Jersey, The State Courts of New York, the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York as well as the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
