Mitchell C. Beinhaker, Esq. is an attorney who specializes in three major areas:  trusts & estates, small businesses representation, and real estate.  His T&E practice focuses on the drafting of wills, trusts and other personal documents, as well as designing the estate plans that accompany these.  Small business representation includes company formations, asset protection structures and the preparing of related documents including corporate by-laws, operating agreements and buy-sell agreements.  With regard to real estate, he has extensive experience in the closing aspects of title, especially in the foreclosure marketplace and short sale negotiations.  He also has experience in the evaluation, purchase and management of investment properties and has helped many clients enter this lucrative arena.  Most client relationships are maintained on a retainer basis.  Information about our legal retainer program, are available on our website or by contacting our office.

Mitchell spends his practice development efforts networking, attending professional groups and public speaking.  His speakers bio is available on the firm’s website and he can be contacted for scheduling and availability.  He is a published author and is currently writing a series of books entitled The Truth About. The first of the series will focus on how to network, market and grow your centers of influence.  Others are slated to cover topics such as buying foreclosures and other distressed real estate, becoming a small business-owner, and wills, trusts & other personal documents.

Mitchell previously served as the Director of Advanced Markets and General Counsel for a mid-size northeast financial services company where he coordinated executive compensation plan design and administration, fee-based consulting, and general legal and compliance issues.

A graduate of Cornell University, Mitchell received his law degree (JD) from New York Law School in 1992.  He was a tax intern with Internal Revenue during law school and is admitted to practice in the states of New Jersey and Pennsylvania (inactive in PA).  He was awarded the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) degree from The American College in 1998.

He resides in Westfield, New Jersey, where he lives with his wife, one son, and two daughters. Mitchell works with clients throughout New Jersey and with nationwide clients on a limited basis.
