We will handle and regularly update your wills, trusts, estate plan and other personal documents.  In addition, we will create an appropriate asset protection strategy and regularly update the program to be sure you and your assets are best protected from general liability and creditors.  We will draft or review, as the case may be, any contracts you may need to sign such as auto leases, rental agreements, loan documents, or mortgage agreements.  Litigation services, if necessary, are for an additional fee, but are billed out at a discounted hourly rate.

If you own your own practice or are a partner in a practice, we will review and update all contracts, client agreements, vendor agreements, operating agreements, stock certificates, and buy-sell agreements.  In addition, we will review your business structure and practices to be sure you are coordinated with your asset protection strategy.

We will also handle all real estate transactions including contract drafting, project management and all aspects of the closing process, as well as assist in all aspects of the acquisition and ownership process.  We will also review any documents and agreements related to other investment acquisitions.

In general, we will handle and facilitate all of the legal issues in your life giving you the confidence and peace of mind that everything is properly integrated and coordinated.  Our goal is to protect you and your assets, while helping you avoid litigation and settle any unexpected issues as quickly and successfully as possible.
